IS DUBSTEP CREEPING IN TO POP MUSIC???
Check out ALESHA DIXON’s new single, RADIO (WILEY EDIT).
Alesha Dixon – Radio (Wiley Edit)
I think the DUBSTEP influence is obvious and it’s exciting! I hope that this is the start of a new trend in pop music. It needs something fresh. Whether Top 40 becomes infused with Dub or not, I definately think it’s time to put away the 90s Tiesto synth lines. TIRED!
Anyways, check out the video for RADIO. Unfortunately, it doesn’t contain the WILEY vocal. Fail!

If you dig this jam, you should probably check out the rest of the ALBUM and learn more about ALESHA on her WEBSITE.

The wobble bass is Tired. Its only been a few years of it, too. The speed and cut off of a LFO only go so far.
I agree but it’s not going anywhere for a bit. It’s tired but I’m not sick of it yet. i’ve always loved music that is hard and dirty and I always will. I do think it’s time for the format to change though.
