GABBA LOVE

Man, was I ever impressed, after a recent Indianapolis gig, when a girl gave me big-ups for dropping XTC LOVE by BERTOCUCCI FERANZANO.

It was a big hit in the Dutch GABBER scene when it was originally released, in 1995, but it’s not a track that has made it in to the canon of Gabber anthems, so I was shocked that somebody not only knew the track, but the name of the artist aswell. What I bet she didn’t know is that Bertocucci Feranzano is one of the many aliases used by Gabber pioneer MARK VOZ, known best as BUZZ FUZZ. He released 3 EPs under the Feranzano name, before moving on to other projects.
