I’m not much of a TECHNO head, but I can always get behind a good Z JAM, regardless of genre. This take on the ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE, by Russian born, Brooklyn based beat meister, DJ VKTR, is hypnotic and infectious, not unlike the subject at hand. It’s a subtle example of how VKTR likes to twist the traditional conventions of 4×4 timing. Take a step outside the box for this one, then grab yourself a copy of the 5 BOROUGHS OF BEATS comp on which it can be found.
